Strawberry and Vanilla Protein Smoothie
This strawberry and vanilla smoothie provides you with the protein, carbohydrates and fats you need to support steady blood sugar levels. This recipe is particularly useful for replacing those sugary snacks you reach for when you are low on energy.
20g vanilla protein powder
2 handfuls of strawberries (tops removed)
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
150ml water 100ml tinned coconut milk
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
