Semi-Private Personal Training takes place at our our private studio in Tarporley, and is designed to meet your individual needs whilst you benefit from the extra support and accountability of training alongside others.
Each semi-private session is capped at a maximum of three people, with each person following a personalised fitness programme. This ensures you receive plenty of individual coaching. Semi-Private Personal Training also includes in-private nutrition coaching and regular reviews of your progress to ensure you stay on track.
We will design you a fitness programme that is tailored to your individual goals and needs. Our programmes are designed to build your fitness up gradually, helping you to move better, get fitter and burn fat.
We will work with you privately to develop eating habits that will lead to optimal health, maximum fat loss and performance. With so much conflicting information in the media, we provide you with clear guidance that is suitable for you as an individual. You will also receive ongoing support to help you turn nutrition into a lifestyle, not another crash diet.
You will receive a regular review to measure your progress towards your goals. We use cutting edge assessment methods so that you get a clear and accurate picture of where you are. This allows us to keep you accountable and provide the support you need to achieve your goals. This also gives us the chance to sit down and discuss your progress and set new goals.

I signed up for the Kickstart programme for one month. He continued to encourage me throughout the programme and he is genuinely interested in helping you improve. I was unsure as to whether I would benefit from personal training. However, I had tried getting back into training a few times on my own I found I would do it for a few months and then the training would tail off and the weight would come back on.
