Team Training Explained

Each session is performed at our Private Studio in Tarporley and is limited to just 6 people which ensures you get plenty of individual attention. Our Small Group Training sessions are designed to gradually build up each individual’s fitness levels, meaning it doesn’t matter if you feel out of shape, or your fitness level is low when you start.

Each session combines a number of exercise techniques designed to burn fat, tone muscle and boost fitness levels. Unlike other group fitness classes, our Small Group Training is not a one size fits all solution. We combine the elements of personal training into a small group environment allowing you to get individual attention as well as the benefits from training alongside others in a friendly, results focussed environment

Our Team Training service also includes nutritional guidance and regular assessments to ensure you achieve maximum body transformation results. We will keep you on track towards achieving your goals.
